![]() ![]() Edit 3: Going to bed now, please help eachother, many people haven't had any experience with pre loads and yet it was the most popular torrented version. After the unpack is done you can delete the original download. You will need a free 60gb of space on top of your pre-load download. The unpack takes 1-3 hours depending on your system. Edit: Of course you will still need to wait for crack day one update crack to actually play the game.Įdit 2: If you have the retail version without csd files in your main folder then you don't need to do this. I got it from cs rin ru forum but I can't post link because it contains links to gta download also, it's on page 3 of the main gta v thread, poster is 'IntelXeon' thanks man. I've personally ran it myself and it was fine but you guys will probably want to virus scan it first, post results here if it's bad. Download it, extract it, copy contents to depotcache folder and run unpack. If you guys have any ideas all help is appreciated as I was really hoping to play Fallout tonight. You can unpack with sisinstall Note: This is not a link to copyrighted material so I hope it's okay for the subreddit rules. All of the game files are in "depotcache" files right now so I'm hoping that Steam will still be able to recognize that it is Fallout 4, but I do not know how or if I can get it to do that. Now I am getting worried because I have read some people saying that you cannot copy a pre-loaded game, instead you have to wait till it comes out. ![]() From there I was planning on just copying the files into my C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common folder and then discovering the files through Steam, but when I go to install the game after copying the files Steam doesn't do the usual discovering existing content that it usually does. My DL speed is 100KB/s so it is not practical for me to download the game, so I took it to my girlfriend's house who has faster internet and downloaded it onto my external hard drive. I am wanting to know if it is possible to transfer a game that I pre-loaded (Fallout 4) from my external hard drive to my SSD or HDD in my pc. Hey guys so I need some help on this one. ![]()
